How things work

Let me start off by saying, Skinny - Not The Goal. The goal is however tobe healthier, stay thick, get sexsier and be bikini ready for Hawaii. Some of this will be a challenge. For instance, How do I get sexsier than I already am? No worries I'll figure out a way. Kidding . . . sorta, not really.

THE PLAN  

So I have a plan that I hope to use as a guideline to accomplish my goals. I plan to adapt the plan given to me to fit my current physical ability level. From this point I will push and push until I am able to do whats on the plan (you will see below). I will incorporate more and different excercises than the plan has.  

1 Hour of Running

1 minute sprint, 4 minutes jog.
Repeat for an hour!

30 Min Strength Training 1 minute arms
1 minute legs
1 minute cardio (jump rope, mountain climbers, etc),
1 minute abs
1 minute rest (so about 5 minutes total)
Repeat 5 times, stretch!
I will be weighing in twice a week (Sunday and Wednesday). This will nclude weight, measurements and an updated photo of me in my bikini that I will take to Hawaii. Well that a maybe on the bikini photo. Definately a photo though :) I will post everyday whats going on with my diet, the struggles and accomplishments. I will look to you for support, advice, suggestions or whatever you would like to contribute to my sucecess. I am ready, Go Hard or Go Home!

Wow My first Blog spot! Welcome one and all. This blog will serve as a weight loss blog. From the begining to the end this place will be a place of accountability and support for any and all people who wish to share in the struggle with me. I will be posting the good the bad and the ugly. This is not a place for the faint of heart. :)

I have just had gallbladder surgery so in 1 week u will get the juicy details. For now lets get accquainted.
